King Edward VII (1841 - 1910), an 1831 pattern sabre for general officers A slightly curved etched blade with a pronounced spur, both sides displaying the crowned cipher "ER VII", crossed sabres and a marshal's baton between wreaths, and floral elements. The reverse side bears the monogram "" and the marker's inscription "Wilkinson". The obverse side has a gold filled mark, and the back bears the number "39459".
