Water lilies andpads are also used asdecorations in this trim,and a seaweed effect isproduced by shreddinglong strands of greencrepe tissue paper. Thuswe have a trim that isin perfect harmony, asall the decorations areassociated with each oth-er, as cattails, waterlilies, pads, and seaweed. These dress goods were draped over stands with crescent shaped tops, as illus-trated elsewliere in this book. Notice there are only two drapes used in each section ordivision, tluis there is no overcrowding of the goods. This illustration shows you howeffective is this style of decoration.
