Rockcrushers are of the jaw, gyratory or two roll type, mostof the large ones being of one of the two latter types,and some of them being capable of crushing 60O tons ofrock per hour. Since the crushed stone is usually deposited in over-head bins, so that it can be loaded by gravity to wagons,trucks, or cars, the screens are located over the bins, and,in most cases, it is necessary to elevate the crushed stoneto the screen.
