These clubs could organize into Ladies AidSocieties to take an interest in public schools, in theentertainment of patients at the hospitals, in organiz-ing bureaus for mending bachelors garments, chil-drens playgrounds and centres for securing could be study clubs, musicals, card parties,bowling contests, afternoon teas and small groups toentertain bachelors at dinner occasionally and thusgive them a little taste of home life.
