James Barkley, state aviation officer, Army National Guard,‎ case the colors of the 351st ASB during a casing of the colors and deployment ceremony held Feb. 15, 2015, at the Army Aviation flight facility at McEntire Joint National Guard base, Eastover, South Carolina.
