A storage for tricycles to rent. Young men pay a fee to rent a tricycle to work as taxi drivers. The man in the picture owns the bikes or he works for the person who owns the bikes and he looks after the business. Tricycles are stored on the yard overnight. Since Raul Castro took over the leadership in Cuba many things have changed. Among those are the right to run a small business and the right to own a mobile phone.
