Kyrsten Ferguson, an ophthalmic specialist with McDonald Army Health Center, quality check prescription glasses before they are prepped for delivery to the care sites for pick up by customers, Sept. 20, 2017. The NOSTRA team is providing support to Operation Healthy Delta IRT, an innovative readiness training exercise, which provides real world training in a joint civil-military environment while delivering world class medical care to the people of Southeast Missouri.
