These three electric rail-way companies entered intoa ten-year agreementwhereby the first cost ofthe terminal was borneproportionately by each,and the yearly operatingcost is assigned on the basis. RECEIVING SIDE OF THE NEW TERMINAL of the tonnage handled by each during the year. Eachcompany appoints a trustee to care for its interests inthe terminal. The trustees meet once a month. It isin the rear of the New York State Railways State Streetcarhouse and offices and only one block from the KentStreet freight station of the New York Central electric freight cars have access to both sides of theterminal by means of spur tracks leading from thetracks of the New York State Railways in State and trucks have access to one side and one end of the freight station, withentrance on both Frank andOtsego Streets.
