Packets Manager Wendy Kelley is coming up on her 28th year at Camp Guernsey Joint Training Center. She spent her first 20 in logistics. Camp Guernsey Joint Training Center is the focus of the Wyoming Military Department's Public Affairs Office this month. While February is a traditionally slow month for military training, there is still plenty of work to do preparing for the warm-weather influx of troops from all over and Kelley is at the forefront of those scheduling the ranges and facilities.
