Deveselu, Romania (Feb. 20, 2015) Commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Chief of Civil Engineers Rear Adm. Katherine L. Gregory exits the construction site of Deveselu’s future Kindergarten Feb. 19, 2015. NAVFAC worked closely with the local community leadership to refurbish the existing Elementary School and construct a kindergarten. Rear Adm. Gregory’s visit included a tour of the temporary facilities, and ongoing ballistic missile defense construction site.
