Sgt. Maj. Dennis Bradley, the Sergeant Major of Recruiting Station Charleston and Oscoda, native and Maj. Gabriel Diana, the Commanding Officer of Recruiting Station Charleston and a Columbus, Ohio, native, are sworn into the Marine Corps League by Medal of Honor recipient Hershel Woodrow "Woody" Williams. The swearing in occurred after Diana introduced himself and Bradley as the new commanding officer and sergeant major of RS Charleston and presented a brief on the current state of the Marine Corps in both combat and recruiting operations. Williams, a native of Fairmont, , is the last living Medal of Honor recipient in West Virginia.
