Exercising on the International Space Station. European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut Thomas Reiter exercising on the Cycle Ergometer with Vibration Isolation System (CEVIS) in the Destiny laboratory of the International Space Station (ISS). Reiter was a flight engineer on Expedition 14 to the ISS, which docked on 20th September, 2006 and undocked on 21st April, 2007. The ISS is a joint effort by several national space agencies, including NASA. It orbits Earth at an altitude of around 350 kilometres. Photographed on 3rd November, 2006.
