Visit to the office of Premier Joh Bjelke-Petersen by Constable. Before becoming a full-time professional footballer, Mal Meninga was a police officer. At one stage of his police career he was based at West End Police Station along with fellow Souths Magpies players Gary Grienke, Phil Veivers, Gary Belcher and Peter Jackson.
