Portsmouth, Va. (July 20, 2018) Two of the new stained glass windows are displayed in Naval Medical Center Portsmouth’s (NMCP) chapel, one depicting the New Point Comfort lighthouse, and the other a globe with the names of all of the hospital ships in service since 1941. The last of six stained glass windows was installed in NMCP’s chapel, marking another step toward the completion of its transformation into the “Chapel of Comfort.”
