The Kazasker, Judge The kazasker, judge, De Kadi askeri, one of the two kazasker, the highest military judges. There were two kazasker in the Imperial Council, who together with the grand vizier were responsible for the administration of justice in the Empire. They originally accompanied the sultan on his military campaigns and represented the judiciary of the court, one for the European part of the Empire (Rumeli) and the other for the Asian part (Anadolu).
