LOWELL, Mass. (Apr. 11, 2019) Rear Adm. David Hahn, chief of naval research, welcomes attendees on the final day of the Navy Forum for Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)/Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Transition (FST) held at the Tsongas Center at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. The FST is an innovation marketplace matching Navy needs with small business-technology solutions. Attendees engage in one-on-one meetings; listen to Tech Talks; and sit in on sessions hosted by congressional and Department of Defense leaders.
