Danish flags - the Dannebrog flag - flying from the top openings of the main tower of The Christiansborg Palace, the parliament building in Copenhagen, Denmark, in celebration of the 40th Jubilee of Queen Margrethe II. The flags will fly from here on special occasions - one of which is the Danish Constitution Day on June 5th. Christiansborg is home of The Folketinget, the Danish parliament. Note the renewed copper roof without verdigris.
