We offer a very fine strain of this popular Celery which is useful both for early use and for keeping during the winter. The vigorous plants grow quickly and form large heavy stalks which are very thick and blanch readily to a pure white. They are very tender and brittle and have a rich flavor. Will keep well throughout the winter months. Oz. 50c; Vi lb. $; lb. $ Celery Emperor. A splendid dwarf tvpe, 16 to 18 inches tall. Oz. 40c; Vi lb. $; lb. $ Giant Pascal. A superior keeping sort. Very compact vigorous plants and probably the best winter variety. The stalks are vers- broad and thick, solid, crisp, and of rich nutty flavor. They blanch easily to a pale yellow.
