Flood water along a notorious stretch of road in Welney on the Cambridgeshire/ Norfolk border has subsided revealing an incredible FOUR stranded cars today (Mon). The motorists were all caught out by the long and winding stretch of road, which has been flooded for two months. Four people had to be rescued from one of the cars by fire crews after it got caught at Welney Wash on Janu

Flood water along a notorious stretch of road in Welney on the Cambridgeshire/ Norfolk border has subsided revealing an incredible FOUR stranded cars today (Mon). The motorists were all caught out by the long and winding stretch of road, which has been flooded for two months. Four people had to be rescued from one of the cars by fire crews after it got caught at Welney Wash on January 18. The abandoned cars, which all fell victim to the flooded road, will be able to be towed away once the water completely subsides.
