On Ukraine's Independence Day, people in national Ukrainian clothes visit the National Sorochynskyi Fair and watch performances by folklore ensembles in Lviv. The Fair traditionally takes place every year in Velyki Sorochyntsy in the Poltava region, the Fair is held in Lviv for the first time in history due to the war.
