He was a pretty shrewd fellow, and had the sympathy racket down fine, but was caught a few days after when he attempted to work the same propo- sition on North Clark street. A. E. Turner, of Mosinee. Wis., called on the trade here last week, returning home on November 12. He writes that he found two inches of snow had fallen at Mosinee during his absence. Mr. Turner will bring down a big supply of Christmas trees for the holiday trade. J. C. Vaughan and W. N.
