Christine Clark (left), an Army Reserve Soldier and warrant officer candidate assigned to the North Capital Region Cyber Protection Center, Army Reserve Cyber Operations Group (ARCOG), 335th Signal Command (Theater), receives a Flag by Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford, the lieutenant governor of Maryland, during a welcome home ceremony April 2 at Fort Meade, Maryland. Clark, who was deployed with the NCRCPC’s Detachment 21, completed a tour in Kuwait where the Detachment conducted cyber missions and training under the Army Central Command.
