SULU SEA (Feb. 25, 2013) Salvage crew members assigned to the Navy contracted vessel M/V Jascon 25 are transferred by crane to the mine countermeasures ship USS Guardian (MCM 5). Guardian ran aground on the Tubbataha Reef Jan. 17. Unsafe seas conditions does not allow boarding of the ship by rigid-hull inflatable boats.
