(POLARIS POINT, Guam) July 14, 2017 – Damage Controlman 3rd Class Felipe Zepeda helps a sea cadet from Naval Sea Cadet Corps Marianas Division Guam don a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) during a tour of submarine tender USS Emory S. Land (AS 39), July 14. Land and USS Frank Cable (AS 40), the Navy’s only two submarine tenders, both homeported in Apra Harbor, Guam, provide maintenance, hotel services and logistical support to submarines and surface ships in the 5th and 7th Fleet areas of operation.
