General view of Ludlow's busy and bustling market that takes place weekly, selling food and crafts from local producers within the UK. The market gets even more busy during the summer and spring Food Festival, which is set in the historic grounds of Ludlow Castle. The festival runs annually over 3 days in September and attracts in excess of 17,000 visitors to the event that homes around 180 stalls and a host of activities and live demonstrations from Chefs, bakers, butchers and much more. 2011 saw the introduction of "Michelin Friday", where 10 Michelin starred chefs gave cooking demonstrations to visitors of some of there signature dishes and tips for better cooking.
