Archival reportage image of the view of Armada Way from the Big Wheel on Plymouth Hoe April 2011. Taken well before the controversial tree felling in 2022. The Wheel ceased operating late 2013. There is a strong likely hood of a similar Wheel for 2024 and beyond. The Wheel shown was 60 metres tall with 42 capsules, but the proposed Observation Wheel is 38 meters tall with 24 gondolas.
