A test revolver Hillebrandt system (patent revolver), Francotte(?), mm(?), without number. Almost bright 6-groove rifled bore, octagonal barrel, length 155 mm. Six shots. No name or inscription. Presumably test model re English simultaneous ejector patent no. 3943 of December 24th, 1868 by H. Hillebrandt. Here barrel and barrel housing are pushed forward on the base pin by the length of a case while the cases are held back by the ejector plate ("star-shaped plate").
