Dennis Scarborough, 81st Training Wing vice commander, at the Bay Breeze Event Center June 28, 2016, on Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. Scarborough retired with 27 years of military service. He has served multiple tours as an F-15C instructor and evaluator and has held positions in the fields of defense policy, operational plans, safety and aircraft maintenance.
