Nave looking east, stone vaulting (replacing 15thCentury wooden roof that had decayed) rebuilt between 1890 and 1897 by Arthur Blomfield, recreating its 13th century predecessor as accurately as possible, and to preserving the few surviving mediaeval fragments.
