As may be seen from theillustrations herewith, it is of verysimple construction, easily operated, andis said to have a greater capacity formoving more ktgs in a specified timethan many other forms of handling de-vices which can be operated by one operation the device is extremelysimple and a man can easily becomeaccustomed to its use; he approachesthe keg with the hoop up against thehandle of the conveyor; then by a slightmovement he drops the hoop over thekeg and brings the handle down ready tostart pulling the load.
