Army Central, Command Office of Readiness and Diversity (CORD) was established Oct. 1, 2020. The directorate realigns Military Equal Opportunity, Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Soldier Family Readiness Advocacy Program (SFRP) under one umbrella. Each program may fall under one directorate, but they will continue to process Soldier, Civilian, and Family Member situations and concerns separately.
