BREMERTON, Wash. (Nov. 2, 2016) - Force Tolar, Navy Region Northwest (NRNW), Emergency Management planner, with his 20 Under 40 Award at a celebration dinner at the Admiral Theater. The Kitsap Peninsula community annually recognizes the promise and talent of 20 individuals under the age of 40 as its emerging leaders in the area. Tolar was recognized for his work with the Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) Emergency Operations Center (EOC), as a volunteer, and his innovations in the emergency management field.
