Air Raid Precautions, cigarette card, British, 1938. Garden dug-out: set up in a trench deep x 2m wide at top at bottom (7ftx6ftx4ft). The sides were lined with corrugated iron. One of a set of 50 cards issued by WD & HO Wills in preparation for the anticipated coming of World War II.
