Cadet Rachel Moment from Midland Valley High School in Graniteville, , takes aim at a small target millimeters in diameter and 10 meters (33 feet) away during the 2016 JROTC National Air Rifle Championship in Anniston, Ala., on March 19. Midland Valley HS, a Navy affilliate, is one of the 73 schools that sent 56 teams as well as numerous individual shooters representing all four Forces. Teams and individuals shot their way through various local and regional competitions in order to qualify for this culminating event.
