The Department of Utrecht of the Society for Horticulture and Botany, last week, organized a flower exhibition in the Jaarbeursbouwen last week, which can be called excellent. She was officially opened on Wednesday by the Minister of Interior Affairs and Agriculture, Ruys de Beerenbrouck. On our photo one sees the minister as second from the left, next to his Excellency is Labouchère chairman of the Dep. Utrecht, and next to this Utrecht's mayor.
