During the first semester of the current year, under presidency, initial steps were taken, and the founda-tion laid for reconstructing and strengthening the club on afirm constitutional basis. This at present is being carriedforeward by Mr. Zumbrunnen and his cabinet in such a wayas to make all persons concerned optimistic as to Webstersfuture. one hundred fifty-five
