Maj. Philip Boedeker, plans officer, 75th Innovation Command, Army Reserve, shows off his daughter's Houston Texans jersey signed by four of the team's cheerleaders during a Salute to Service luncheon Nov. 17, 2022, at Joint Reserve Base Ellington Field, Texas. Hosted by USO Houston, the event featured former Houston Texans players and current cheerleaders as they served complimentary sandwiches and side items prepared by Killen's BBQ. Boedeker's daughter, Phoebe, has since outgrown her jersey, though her father plans to display it in one of several shadow boxes.
