Navy Seaman Darmajzae Virgil, from Los Angeles, maintains tension on a phone and distance line on the fo’c’sle of the guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) during a replenishment-at-sea with the dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Matthew Perry (T-AKE 9) in the Pacific Ocean, Feb. 6, 2019. The Spruance is deployed to the 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
