The building is warmed with hot-water apparatus, besides the fireplaces. Hot and cold water is laid on throughout the building. The dinners are sent up by lifts, and there is also a lift to send up heavy architect is Mr. R. L. contractors for the building were Messrs. Longmire and Burge.
