Castrop-Rauxel, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany - Hubertus Heil, Federal Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, visits the EMSCHERLAND Nature and Water Experience Park as part of his summer trip. Together with EGLV takeover trainees, the minister planted water plants at Suderwicher Bach to create a new habitat for animals and plants. During this year's "Transformation" summer trip, Federal Minister of Labor Heil is visiting companies in the Ruhr region to get an idea of industrial change with a view to Germany's goal of climate neutrality by 2045. One focus will be on the training and continuing education situation in the companies.
