ABFC (AW/SW) John Quillin and ABFC (AW/EXW/SW) facilitating the Command - Navy Leader Development Facilitator course (C-NLDF) to senior enlisted leaders from the National Capital Region area at the Washington DC's Navy Yard Chief Mess.
