Tourists walk past the 2000 sculpture to Cubs announcer Jack Brickhouse outside the Tribune Tower in the Pioneer Court plaza on Michigan Avenue.


The sculpture of Jack Brickhouse, former announcer for the Chicago Cubs and White Sox, was dedicated outside of the Tribune Tower on September 14, 2000 and underwent renovations in 2009 after problems with the base developed. The sculpture was created by noted sports sculptor Jerry McKenna.
