Karmali Lake in Goa is a tiny birding hotspot.
The Karmali Moor or Lake/Wetlands is a tiny piece of waterbody that hosts a sizeable bio-diversity. Right next to the train tracks, this water body, surrounded by paddy fields on one side, hosts hundreds of migratory and resident birds like ruddy shelducks and purple moor hens.
