In the spring of 1887 the buildingwas removed to its present location on Pacific avenue near changes and improvements were made, and it is now a large andvery comfortable church edifice. A handsome new stone edifice is now incourse of erection. St. Marys Church edifice, ( Our Lady, Star of the Sea ) at the cor-ner of Atlantic and California avenues, was dedicated in 1897.
