CARBOXYTHERAPY
Photo essay in a aesthetic medicine office (France). Carboxytherapy treatment for dark under eye circles. Carboxytherapy is a simple technique in which carbon dioxide gas is infused into the skin. From the injection point, the carbon dioxide diffuses to adjacent tissues. Carboxytherapy works in two complimentary ways, the carbon dioxide mechanically kills fat cells and it causes improved blood flow to tissues. Vessels are dilated and more oxygen is delivered to tissues. This procedure is used for the treatment of cellulite, fat reduction, hair regrowth or hair loss and skin rejuvenation.
