THE TORPEDO CARRYING BEAUFIGHTERS TAKE ENEMY SHIPPING BY SURPRISE - Beaufighters carrying a torpedo underneath their fuselage are now operating with Coastal Command with much success in attacks against enemy shipping. Besides its 'tin fish' the Beaufighter is armed with four cannon. Pilots of these aircraft say they have the speed, accuracy and fighting power, coupled with the essentiall range, to hit enemy shipping where they least expect it.
