With the war nearly won, with the "flu" on the wane and with the fuel re- striction order nearly off, we may all be thankful and prepare for Thanksgiving. For the last four or five months it has been the general opinion, even in the east, where coal was scarcest, that the labor shortage is more important than the fuel situation. Moss is one of the items it will be well to conserve. The season's supply prac- tically is out of the swamps and the quan- tity is much smaller than usual.
