Of particularimportance is the elimination of the present jog between Waugh andYale at Washington Avenue and the widening of right of way be-tween Nevada and Westheimer, and between Washington Avenue andCleveland Park. KJRBY DRIVE—Kirby Drive forms an extension of Buffalo Driveand if further extended on the south would provide a very desirablenorth-south route.
