King George I of Greece(1845 - 1913)- an Italian baroque mirror,circa 1680 from the royal collection. Lavishly carved,wooden frame with openwork acanthus leaves and three-dimensional,superimposed blossoms. Original colouring. The mirror glass has been replaced,with minor imperfections. Dimensions 75 x cm. Provenance: Christie's 2007,auction 7381,lot 479.
