Automotive servicing company 'Kwik Fit' employees take part in a new keep fit campaign 'Fit Kwik', New Kent Road, London, UK

Automotive servicing company Kwik Fit has launched a new experiential campaign targeting consumers looking to get fit for 2016. The brand has teamed up with personal trainer Mikah Simpson to devise a fitness class workout that utilises car and van tyres from Kwik Fit outposts across the country. The routine, dubbed Fit Kwik, is currently being trialled in the New Kent Road centre in south east London. Taking place on four Sunday mornings throughout January, each free session lasts 30 minutes. Participants can expect to tackle tyre flips, lifts and throws in order to burn approximately 1,200 calories in a session. Consumers can register to take part in a class online.
